LAND Moto Unveils District ADV – A Street-Legal Electric Off-Road Motorcycle

US electric motorcycle manufacturer LAND Moto has officially taken the wraps off its all-new District ADV, a fully street-legal electric adventure motorcycle. Built on the platform of the brand’s iconic District street bike, the new model has received comprehensive performance upgrades engineered exclusively for all-terrain off-road riding.
Staying true to LAND’s consistent lightweight design philosophy, the District ADV boasts a curb weight of just 109 kg. On the exterior, it is fitted with rally-inspired body kit, long-travel suspension system and spoked wheels, with seat height raised to 91 cm to deliver optimized visibility for terrain observation during off-road riding.
In terms of powertrain, the new model is equipped with the brand-new Enduro Evolution drivetrain, which delivers a peak torque of 345 N·m, making it the most powerful motor assembly LAND has ever developed. The system adds regenerative braking and reverse assist functions, better suited for precise control in low-speed off-road scenarios. It features a 5.5 kWh battery pack, delivering an urban riding range of approximately 177 km. While energy consumption is higher in off-road conditions, the manufacturer notes that low-speed riding is relatively range-friendly. The cockpit has been upgraded with a full-color LCD instrument cluster for clearer, more intuitive display of riding data.
Meanwhile, LAND has also launched a limited-edition Ascent variant capped at 30 units globally. This exclusive version features carbon fiber bodywork, gold-finished wheels, and a 13% increase in peak torque, with a pre-order price of $12,700. The standard variant is priced at $11,200, with the entire model line-up scheduled for delivery in Q2 2026.
